How We Use Information

• To create, assign, track, and complete seva requests.
• To verify that a Sevak reached the correct place of worship and submitted proof.
• To send booking updates, receipts, support messages, and safety notices.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and protect devotees, Sevaks, and places of worship.
• To improve the app, website, search, onboarding, and support experience.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to operate Sevahey, such as with payment processors, infrastructure providers, support tools, analytics providers, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Proof, Location, and Media

Proof materials are central to Sevahey. Photos, videos, GPS summaries, timestamps, and Sevak notes may be shown to the devotee connected to a booking and reviewed by Sevahey for quality, safety, and dispute handling.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
