These terms describe the basic rules for using Sevahey's website, app, and devotional services. By using Sevahey, you agree to use the service respectfully, lawfully, and in a way that protects devotees, Sevaks, and places of worship.

Service

Sevahey helps devotees request prayers or seva through verified Sevaks. Availability, timing, photography permissions, rituals, and proof may vary by location, faith tradition, temple or institution policy, weather, crowding, and local conditions.

Bookings and Pricing

Seva starts from ₹251*. Final pricing may depend on the selected seva, place, timing, Sevak availability, platform fees, taxes, or payment charges shown before payment.

Devotional Nature

Sevahey is a service platform. We do not promise a spiritual, medical, financial, legal, or personal outcome from any prayer, seva, or ritual.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking, contact, and prayer details.
• Use respectful language for all faiths, Sevaks, and places of worship.
• Do not request unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory actions.
• Do not misuse proof media, Sevak identities, or platform communications.

Sevak Proof

Sevaks may submit photos, videos, GPS summaries, notes, and timestamps as proof. Where a place of worship restricts photography or recording, Sevahey may change proof requirements or decline service.
