For families abroad

Most people using Sevahey are not in India, and are asking for something in a town they have not seen for years.

Time

Sevas run on IST, because that is where they happen. Everything is also shown in your own time zone, and you are notified when the proof arrives rather than being asked to wait up for it.

Money

Prices are shown in your currency with the conversion stated plainly. Cards and international payment methods work. There is no requirement for an Indian bank account or an Indian phone number.

Prasad Coming soon

Sending prasad to family in India is not available yet. It is being built, and it will never be shipped internationally.

For now, prasad from your seva is distributed at the place of worship in the ordinary way.

Including family at home

Proof can be forwarded to family in India directly from the app, including to people who do not use Sevahey. They receive the photographs, the video, the audio and the note. It arrives as something to keep, not as a link that expires.

Good to know

A recurring seva is the most common request from abroad — a monthly archana at a family temple, or an annual seva on a parent's anniversary. It is confirmed with you before each one, and never charged silently.
