Who sees your intention

The Sevak performing the seva. That is the list.

It is not read by our staff in the ordinary course of business, not used to target anything at you, not sold, and not shared with any other company. Support staff can only see it if you raise a specific problem and give permission during that conversation.

The public activity feed

Sevahey shows a live feed of sevas being performed. It uses a first name and a place, and only where the person has agreed. Remembrance and health-related sevas never appear in it at all.

The person you named

They are told only if you choose to tell them. If you send it to them, you choose whether your name is on it.

Deleting

You can delete any seva, or your whole account, from the app. Deleting removes the intention, the proof and the media from our systems. Payment records are kept only as long as the law requires.
