Your first seva
Five minutes, start to finish. You will not be asked to create anything beyond an account.
1. Find the place
Search for it by name, or by the town it is in. Type Khatu Shyam Ji, or gurudwara in Patiala, or the name of a temple only your family uses. If it exists on a map, it can be found.
If several places share a name, the town and state are shown beside each. Pick the one you mean.
2. Choose the seva
Each place lists what can be performed there — an archana, a namaz, an ardaas, a candle, a mass intention. Some places offer more than others. What is listed is what a Sevak can genuinely do at that place, not a generic menu.
3. Name the intention
Type the name of the person the seva is for, and the gotra or family name if you use one. You may add a sentence about why. It is read only by the Sevak performing the seva, and it is written into the note you receive back.
You may also leave it blank. Many people do.
If you are unsure how to write a name — a spelling, a gotra, a saint's day — leave it as you know it. Your Sevak will ask if something needs clarifying, before the seva, not after.
4. Pay
The price is shown before you confirm, broken into the offering itself and the Sevak's fee. There is no subscription and no second charge. Cards, UPI and international payment are all accepted.
5. Receive it
Your Sevak performs the seva at the correct time for that place — which may be tomorrow morning, not this afternoon. When it is done, the proof arrives: the photograph with time and location on it, the video, the audio, and the note.
It stays in your account. You can send it to your family.
